Low carbon energy's vision
Low carbon energy focuses on large scale climate mitigation greenfield project development. These include onshore and offshore wind farms, solar photovoltaic farms, battery energy storage solutions as well other carbon offsetting projects.
our climate mitigation strategy
We develop large scale renewable energy projects within our property portfolio and on sell these assets to national and international electricity utilities. After 20 years the utility will have decommissioned their project. At this stage we redevelop the project area. This redeveloped project area is permitted with latest technology for resale.

Our Goal
We aim to develop  3000 megawatts of renewable energy greenfield projects by the year 2030. this will contribute to over 200 billion tons of carbon emission reduction.

Technology
We maintain close ties with both business and academia to ensure we have a complete understanding of not just the latest advances but the advances still to come.
onshore wind

The development of onshore multi-megawatt turbines is a pivotal technology in a just energy transition .

Solar PV
Solar Photovoltaic will remain relevant in both utility scale and commercial for many years to come.
B.E.S.S.
Battery energy storage solutions are plentiful from hydro to thermal and chemical  however we have chosen  lithium ion as our technology of choice.
Off Shore Wind
Accessing the wind potential of off shore wind parks is complex but the reward could be near base load effective . The advancement of floating wind turbine platforms is key to unlocking this potential.
Ocean farming

Ocean farming has the ability to absorb green house gas emission whilst ensuring food security. Combing Ocean farming and off shore wind facilities will increase Capex and Opex efficiency.

Hydro Power
hydro power is extremely efficient but large scale hydro often takes several decades to complete. Run of river hydro power reduces development and construction time whilst retaining many efficiencies,  including environmental l
Artificial  intelligence
Research into bird and bat mitigation systems are combing fourth industrial technologies like never before . We see Radar working with thermal cameras communicating via satellite to a cloud hosted A.I. This is done to determined in real time whether a bird is endangered. If the A.I determines a bird is endangered it will clear path by stopping turbines
Blockchain

With the advent of DAO's and suitable LLCs, Blockchain can be the key to fighting climate chain autonomously and linking capital decentralised capital with decentralised energy.

Stealth
Radar absorbing material has is more common in the military arena on warships and stealth fighter jets. We aim to either impregnate or retrofit this material to reduce larger turbines' interference with military and civilian radar
